Now that we are starting to grow, we have a few questions that get asked often. So we are building out FAQ page. If you have a question that you don't see the answer here for, please ask it HERE & we will answer you directly & if asked enough, we will add it to this page!

SHIPPING | LOCAL PICKUP
​
SHIPPING: We prefer to ship our products via USPS with the priority mail option. This provides tracking & delivery within 2 days. Once we make the label, we will send you the confirmation that your order is shipped along with the tracking information.
​
LOCAL PICKUP: We are located in Estero Florida. So if you are in the area, or traveling through, you are welcome to pick up your item(s) at our home (we work for our house).​
TURN AROUND TIME
​
If your item is personalized or customized in anyway, we will send you an email within 3 days (during the holidays it will be longer - but we will let you know) to show you a mock up of your request & to get your approval.
Once approved we will start production & can typically have your item shipped within 5 days, unless it's a high volume time (IE a Holiday) it can take up to 2-3- weeks.

If you need your order sooner, there will be a "RUSH" charge of $30.00 & we will be contacting you within 24 hours & the sooner we get your approval, the faster our shipping will be.
I WANT SOMETHING TOTALLY CUSTOM, I DON'T SEE IN YOUR SHOP

Tumblers and T-Shirts:
I love yo draw and create new things - so anything is possible. If you see a design on Etsy, send me the link and I will purchase that design and get it for you. Please do NOT purchase the design yourself and send it to me as that is a violation of 99.9% of the sellers. We want to respect their wishes and NEVER share a design you purchased from other artists.
Home Decor and Signs:
We have an AP Lazer 2816 which allows us to be able to offer unlimited possibilities. We love to try new things & give our customers what they want. If you have something in mind, please let us know. We will discuss your idea with you & come up with design for you to proof. If you are happy with the mock-up, then I will send you an invoice for payment. Once your payment is received we will start production.
I WANT TO SEND THE GIFT I BOUGHT DIRECTLY TO MY RECIPIENT, CAN YOU DO THAT?
Not a problem at all!! After your order is completed you will be sent to a "Thank you" page. On that page you will have the ability to notify us of this and provide us the information needed.
