If ordering one of my tumblers, simply provide me with the name of the tumbler.  You can find the names in the shop area.

If ordering a design from another location (example Etsy), provide me with the link to the design you are wanting.   DO NOT PURCHASE a design from other creator and share it with me - this is not allowed and against 99.9% of all creators policies. 

If you want customization added (name) please be sure to let me know this and double check the spelling before you send this form.

If you are wanting the winnings to be sent to a different address then the billing address you provided when purchasing your ticket, please let me know this as well.

If you add customization, this will delay the shipping because I do hand draw all custom names so that every tumbler is unique.

Please remember that all tumblers won during our online game is not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
